I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious, making it a peaceful retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. However, the noise could be a slight issue even with the white noise maker and earplugs provided. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with easy access to various attractions and amenities, but I wish the area felt safer. The service was a mix; some staff members were accommodating and friendly, while others seemed clueless and rude. The dining experience at Mosaic Restaurant was thoroughly delicious, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and peaceful, making for a very comfortable stay, although the noise from the light rail outside was a bit disruptive at times. The service was friendly, especially when they promptly addressed our room issue, but some staff members seemed clueless about the area. The central location was ideal for exploring the area, but being in a wind tunnel corner was a downside. While the dining experience had its disappointments, the facilities met our needs effectively.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, ideal for traveling with an infant. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was central and convenient for exploring the downtown area. However, the dining options were good but not outstanding.

The room was huge and worked well for us, especially with an infant. It had a comfy bed, great shower pressure, and hot water without any issues. Although lacking charm and views, it was perfectly acceptable for business travelers. The room was nice and clean.
