Despite the tiresome room changing process, my stay at the hotel was somewhat nice. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation, but I did appreciate the small balcony overlooking the street. The service was very pleasant, especially for someone needing to meet up or take meetings nearby. The location is great for a relaxing neighborhood with plenty of dining options, although not really walking distance to tourist attractions. The dining experience offered lots of Mexican flavors, but the hotel is better suited for breakfast enthusiasts. Overall, a mixed experience but good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great area of Mexico City in Colonia Roma, surrounded by cool bars and wonderful restaurants, making it ideal for a vibrant stay. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and comfortable, providing adequate space for travel accessories, although being on the street side can be a bit noisy at times. The service is exceptional, with all staff members being polite, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The dining options are varied, with traditional Mexican and American items offered, ensuring a satisfying experience.
