The hotel is really convenient being right at the bus station and close to the city center. The rooms are small but have bright colors and the shower is excellent. The service at the receptionist was great. However, the dining options were not included and the fried fish was a letdown. The hotel is extremely close to Zurich main train station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dragging luggage. The rooms are a bit small with a double bed but come with air conditioning and breakfast included. The bathroom is quite compact. The service at the reception is excellent, and there are great facilities including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tour/ticket assistance.
