The hotel has a cool Tiki architecture and is close to most attractions while being nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms had everything you could possibly need and even a cute nook with a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge, but there were some issues with room sterilization delays. The service was top-notch and met all our needs, but there was a slight inconvenience with the attitude towards not ordering alcohol. Dining options were limited but the beautiful restaurant by the water made up for it. The surroundings were beautiful with swaying palm trees and tropical gardens, and the room rates included nice recommended extras like tours and ticket assistance.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were cozy and nicely set up; the small patio area with a table and chairs was superb, making it so comfy and inviting. The service was top-notch, quick to respond to any requests we had. The nightly music was outstanding, and the cafe staff were especially friendly, despite a few snafus with our room choices. The location was great for my purposes, absolutely stunning, and had a very tropical vibe. The dining experience was excellent, with a great view and the option to have breakfast delivered to your room. Overall, the hotel is a hidden gem with fantastic amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
