My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and easy to find, with nearby food options, but some construction noise affected the experience. The hotel is perfectly situated for a quick walk to the Botanic Garden or a visit to the zoo. The rooms, although a bit far from the elevator, were comfortable and well-designed, considering the allocated toiletries for my coworker. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond by assisting with a cancelled room and even informing us about a broken shower. The location is convenient and easily accessible, especially for Mountain Brook visitors, although the tired appearance could use a revamp. The dining experience, with a nice selection of breakfast items, was satisfactory. Facilities were adequate overall.
