I had a last-minute stay at the hotel and found the room to be really clean, although it lacked a closet and some amenities like a microwave and ice bucket. The management tried to mask odors with Downey crystals wrapped in fabric softener sheets in the air-conditioner, which was a bit off. Despite that, the convenience and cleanliness were positives.

Due to a house fire, I urgently needed a place to stay, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, wearing a friendly red Patriotic suit. The gestures of picking us up from the airport, taking us to dinner, and then back to the hotel were incredibly kind and a significant plus.

The convenient location near Milwaukee's General Mitchell Airport with easy access to I-94 and downtown was a big plus for us. Despite the indirect distance from Miller Park, the uncomplicated route made it convenient.
