Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a lot of potential with its convenient location close to downtown and welcoming staff. However, room cleanliness and dining options were disappointing.
My stay at the Henderson Castle Inn was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel had an interesting museum-like vibe, though the room fell short with a ripped bed and mouse traps. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and engaging, but poorly trained. The location was appealing, easy to find, and pretty, despite some neglected areas. Dining was passable, with room for improvement, though the value for money was questionable. Ultimately, a stay here had its highlights and drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, we were lucky to secure one of the charming rooms in the carriage house, and the walk-in shower was stunning despite being very cold. However, the spa room we initially wanted was disappointing, lacking the expected ambiance for a relaxing experience.
