The hotel has a lot of potential with its convenient location close to downtown and welcoming staff. However, room cleanliness and dining options were disappointing.

The room we stayed in had excessive dust and cobwebs, which was a letdown. The spa bath and hot tub access were promising, but the smaller than expected accommodations and malfunctioning TV were major drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, we were lucky to secure one of the charming rooms in the carriage house, and the walk-in shower was stunning despite being very cold. However, the spa room we initially wanted was disappointing, lacking the expected ambiance for a relaxing experience.
