My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the strong cigarette smoke made it impossible to sleep all night. I opted for a larger room by paying extra, which was worth it cleanliness-wise.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the crazy driver to the attentive housekeeping staff, the service was great before, during, and after check-in. They even catered to my requirements during a 3-day event I hosted at the hotel.

The hotel's rooms were huge, spacious, clean, and comfortable, but they need updating in the bathroom area. The service was very helpful and paid attention to details. The location, while close to the office, was in a slightly dangerous area known as 'Gunspoint. ' Despite needing a refresh, the hotel is in the Houston North Area, a 15-minute drive from the airport. The dining options were consistently nice with a choice for cook-to-order omelets.
