The hotel is conveniently located next to major roads but surprisingly quiet. The rooms are of good size, although they could use a fresher scent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par. On the bright side, the service was prompt and accommodating, with a nice gesture to make up for inconveniences. The location is excellent, especially for events at the NEC and Alton Towers. The dining options, while not perfect timing-wise, offer a decent start to the day. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives.
