The hotel had a less than clean room which deserved more attention. The service was friendly but overwhelmed with a large group during a busy weekend. The location was ideal for local amenities but parking was inconvenient. The dining experience wasn't great for me, and facilities were just adequate.

The hotel is in a fabulous location close to lots of shopping centers and restaurants. Despite some room cleanliness issues, the comfortable water-facing rooms make you want to stay. The service was unprofessional and rude, taking away from the overall experience. The dining options were satisfactory, but some advertised items were missing. The ongoing renovation didn't affect the convenience of being close to the airport and the Lakewood Amphitheater.

The rooms felt real comfy and made you want to stay facing the water side, but they were unclean with various issues like hair and dust everywhere, stained sticky carpet, and a coffee stain on the sheets and bed.

However, the service was friendly and helpful, especially Abby at the front desk, who was very customer service-oriented. The location outside the Domestic Terminal was ideal for its purpose, with lots of shopping centers nearby. The dining experience was good overall, though not the usual I'm accustomed to.
