My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to most restaurants, but it seemed to attract a noisy crowd. The service was a mix of great experiences with some attitude issues. The rooms were a bit of a letdown due to the loud music from the ballroom and a continuous running sound even on auto mode. The dining options were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The accessible suite I stayed in was clean and well upgraded, but it didn't quite match the online pictures. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The service was excellent, with responsive staff members who were accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was delicious, and they even opened the hotel to employees in need. However, despite the positives, the location was not ideal as it was close to the beach but not too close and undergoing remodeling stages. The dining options were adequate but not particularly appealing, and the swimming pool was dirty and in bad shape. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided decent facilities for guests.
