My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a king-sized bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The minor issue with the hot temperature was quickly fixed by the efficient AC system. The service was friendly and accommodating, although it seemed like some staff members were still in training. The location was convenient for exploring the area, being walking distance to the mall and downtown restaurants. Despite a bit of roughness with panhandlers nearby, the overall proximity to key spots was a big plus. The dining experience was satisfactory, with constant refills but some repetition in the food choices. The facilities were well-maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
