The rooms were huge and nice, with a cozy ambiance and a good view of the city, but being close to the elevators meant hearing noise throughout the night and early mornings. The location was excellent, right across from the Convention Center, making it very convenient. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, from super nice and helpful to argumentative at times.
