I had mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms could have been much more comfortable and cleaner, not matching the pictures advertised. However, the location was convenient and close to everything in San Jose, which was a plus.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice little balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, although the mattress was a bit too hard for my liking. The warm ambiance added to the cozy feel of the room.
