The hotel rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, although there was a faint smoke smell upon arrival. Our room was unfortunately noisy until about 4 am, which wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff, however, were very friendly and extremely helpful, especially for us being from out of the country. The location suited us perfectly with a friendly staff and excellent WIFI. The dining experience was a mix of disappointment with limited options and pleasant surprises, such as Vienna Beef hot dogs. Overall, the facilities were adequate and met our needs during our stay.

When I arrived at Springfield Suites, I found the rooms to be overly crowded and had a slight smell of smoke, but that didn't disrupt my overall experience. The noise level was a bit high until about 4 am, which I understand is not the hotel's fault. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, even for us who were out of the country. Despite an unnecessary delay, the staff managed to keep a humorous attitude. The location suited us perfectly, making life easier to find the hotel, and the staff was genuinely friendly. The dining options were just right to kick off the day, and the facilities provided, like the grocery shopping service, shops/services, and laundry, enhanced our stay.
