My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very roomy and not claustrophobic but not as luxurious as expected from a Hilton hotel. However, they were incredibly comfortable despite a lingering smell of dog urine. The service was friendly and nice overall, but there was a strange incident of hauling garbage in one of the main elevators. The location was spacious with great amenities like a large grilling area, but there were some maintenance issues with certain services being out of order. The dining experience was fabulous with an array of delicious choices, especially the hot foods and cereals, yet somewhat lacking in some areas like the absence of udon soups. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor setbacks in cleanliness and service.
