My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, but unfortunately, they didn't match my reserved preferences. The service was top-notch, especially from Carlos, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The location was superb, making it easy to explore Miami's attractions. While the dining was satisfactory, the breakfast could have been better. Despite a minor hiccup with parking arrangements, my experience was memorable.
