The Homewood Suites provided a mixed experience. While the rooms were not up to our expectations with cleanliness issues and some maintenance issues, the friendly service and convenient location offered some positives. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Richmond Airport. The rooms were spacious and allowed me to work, eat, and relax without feeling confined to just the bed. The service was exceptional, with helpful and professional staff even offering me free water and cookies.
