I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a great location near Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks. The rooms were spacious and could accommodate large groups or solo travelers, though a hint of smoke was noticeable at times. The staff provided service consistently over my stay, but the quality of food and services at the breakfast cafe left room for improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, although there was a slight issue where my initially assigned room was given to someone else. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and responsive staff. The location was perfect for exploring the area, within walking distance to many restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the social evening events. The facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

During my stay, the hotel felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spread out in several buildings unlike other Homewood Suites we've stayed at, but the overall appearance was so nice with doors to separate the bedroom from the living area. I enjoyed the family-like treatment during our extended stay, the convenience of the business center for printing boarding passes, and the availability of a workout room with a variety of equipment. The buffet breakfast in the main building was a highlight, making me eager to return on future visits to the area.

The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms for both large groups and single travelers. The kitchen and living room area are nice, but I can't recommend them. The service was pleasant and helpful with employees going out of their way to assist. The location is central to activities with various seating areas that provide a nice touch. The dining experience was always ample with a great selection, and the facilities were accommodating. However, smoked meats were served in the dining area, which was a downside.

Upon arrival at 3, our hotel rooms were not ready, but overall, the hotel was very clean except for one dusty corner. The service went above and beyond, and the dry cleaning and laundry services were outstanding. The location was perfect for dining and entertainment, though some areas were not ideal. The dining experience was good with a friendly staff, even though there was limited variety within three days. The facilities were satisfactory.
