My stay at the hotel was an enjoyable experience overall. The rooms were perfect for our girls' getaway weekend, but there were some disturbances from loud crashes caused by people throwing garbage out in the nearby warehouse. The service was friendly and helpful, although the staff was dressed in street clothes with coats. The location was great, with shopping and food options nearby, but it was a bit dirty outside and there were renovations causing disruptions during the day. The dining experience was very good, with plenty of options available, and the facilities met our needs.

Upon arrival, my room was not ready, and I was shifted to another hotel further away from my destination, which was quite inconvenient as I was attending a busy conference.
