Arriving at the hotel was a bit confusing with the need to navigate stairs and two separate lifts to reach my room, especially with limited English at the reception. However, once settled, the room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. The location was perfect, right near Hamburg Hbf, making it convenient for travel. The dining options were decent, but the prices might be slightly high. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.
