I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was small and could get quite warm, it was adequate for my needs. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with friendly and professional staff. The location was convenient for exploring the city but could have been better communicated about ongoing construction. The dining experience was pleasant, especially the outstanding coffee, and the facilities met my expectations.

The hotel had really lovely comfortable beds and good linen, but unfortunately, the room was a bit stuffy which made it uncomfortable for sleeping, especially with the heat. However, we were quickly moved to another room which made our stay better overall.

The service provided by the staff was all very pleasant; they communicated with us in English, were helpful, and pleasant. Despite feeling a bit 'not welcoming' as it was our first time in Zurich, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The location was excellent, with an easy walk from the station and a taxi rank just outside the hotel. Being close to the main train station and bus station made it great for getting around, exploring, and traveling elsewhere quickly.

The dining experience was pretty good; the atmosphere was lovely with quiet music and linen tablecloths. We also enjoyed the Dadaist bar in the reception area in the evenings.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was clean and ready upon my early arrival, it was smaller than expected and uncomfortably hot. The service, on the other hand, was extremely friendly, making up for the room discomfort. The location, overlooking the river and close to major attractions, was a major highlight.
