The hotel's rooms were tiny, and when we requested a late checkout of 30 minutes after a 6-night stay, they wanted to charge for an hour, which felt a bit too small. However, the room was fine for just a place to sleep and very modern with lots of electrical points. The service was mixed, with housekeeping not cleaning our room even during a long stay, yet the staff were always friendly and polite, especially with non-Japanese speaking tourists. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Gotanda Station, making it convenient to access many popular areas in Tokyo. The dining options were good with plenty to choose from, especially the curry. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with a few quirks to consider.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was bigger than most places I've stayed at during the day, but it felt narrow for two people with suitcases. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great with easy access to JR Gotanda Station and nearby attractions. The dining options were satisfactory with a variety to choose from.
