My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although clean, were on the small side and lacked soundproofing. Unfortunately, my room didn't come with a balcony. On a positive note, the staff went out of their way to assist me with recommendations and arrangements, making my stay more enjoyable.

The service was extremely helpful, with staff like Alain providing great recommendations and assistance, although a larger room wasn't offered despite the small size of my room. The staff was polite and willing to help with various arrangements.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, with spacious rooms even better than in the pictures, but balcony availability varied based on the floor. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful staff. The location was superb, being near public transportation for easy city exploration. The dining options were satisfactory with a good variety available. Overall, a great stay worth the value.
