Staying at this hotel was like having a unique experience of living in an apartment with a cool view of the park. The ventilation could be improved to make the rooms less humid, but overall, the park view added a special touch to the stay.

The rooms felt like apartments with a view of the park, which was very cool. However, the circulation of air was affected by the small windows, making the rooms a bit humid. Improvement in ventilation would be great.

The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were surly and unhelpful, others were incredibly wonderful. We had a mix-up with a tour booking but eventually found help from the most wonderful staff who were friendly and accommodating.

The location of this hotel was perfect, especially for someone exploring CDMX for the first time. Situated in the heart of Condesa, it offered a quiet atmosphere with exceptional restaurants nearby and easy access to Metrobus. Definitely a great spot in Mexico City.

The dining experience was a highlight, especially at the rooftop restaurant with fantastic food. The pan-roasted beef tenderloin was a standout dish. However, the dining experience was not consistent in all areas, as it was disappointing in the small dark bedrooms.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of La Condesa, near the beautiful Parque Mexico, surrounded by lovely places to eat, drink, and people watch. However, the rooms barely have any sunlight, feeling small and somewhat depressing. The service lacks communication and consideration for guests' needs.
