Despite not having Aircon units and some external noise issues, my stay was quite comfortable in the hotel. The heat was a bit bothersome, but overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The rooms, although lacking Aircon, had 2 double beds and were clean. However, the external car/lorry noises were audible, making it a bit inconvenient. The room got very HOT at times.

The service was mediocre at best. While the staff spoke English, some fruit items listed weren't available, which was a letdown. Room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services were available but could be improved.

The location was convenient for both tourism and business purposes. Despite a scary earthquake experience late at night and good access to the city, there were minor inconveniences.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's business area and nearby restaurants, but the dining options left much to be desired. The service was friendly overall, with some communication hiccups. The room was small and lacked air conditioning, leading to a hot and somewhat uncomfortable stay on the 9th floor.
