Hotel Relax 5, Taipei

My stay at the hotel was just okay. The room was a bit small but had a decent-sized bed and a few clean towels provided. Being located next to the lift was convenient. The service was a mixed experience, as some staff members were not very professional, but others were extraordinary professionals. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport stations. The dining experience was decent, although having to walk to another building for meals was a downside. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives and negatives.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and bright with a cozy atmosphere and a high-resolution TV offering many channels. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering to top up the complimentary water bottles. The location was convenient, close to Taipei Station and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were both comfortable and very clean, equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and a room safe. The decor was very nice and despite the small size, had everything we needed. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff offering great suggestions for food options. The location was perfect, surrounded by delicious and inexpensive street food. However, the breakfast was very basic, and the narrow design was a downside.
