Hotel Royal Oasis (Adults Only), Port-au-Prince

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed, a big flat screen TV, and great food. However, the addition of another bed would have been useful. The service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff willing to go the extra mile. The location was convenient but situated on a busy street. The dining experience was a mix of delicious food with some limitations. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fantastic, especially the spacious bathroom, but I faced an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms which took a while to cool. The service was outstanding, with the staff being kind, helpful, and multilingual. The location was exceptional, although the busy street outside made it difficult to navigate during rush hours. The dining experience was excellent, offering a taste of Haitian culture, but unfortunately, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, thanks to the excellent service from Samarun and understanding of Ritchara, were clean, spacious, and reasonably nice. However, there seemed to be a slight discrepancy compared to what was initially expected, and there was a concern that the room might be closing down soon.
