My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious but unfortunately noisy, and the cold temperature made it hard for the heating to keep up. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us with booking taxis and transfers. The location was convenient, surrounded by various shops and restaurants, although it did seem somewhat run down in parts. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options, but the facilities were decent.
