Hotel Villa Del Mar, Mexico City

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and easily accessible which made booking just for a few hours very convenient. The cleanliness was well-maintained daily, perfect for short stays. The service was very nice, and the staff was helpful, especially guiding me on places to visit. However, they seemed not too concerned about hotel affairs. The location was convenient as I could take a Metrobus right outside to almost anywhere, although the area surrounding the hotel was not the best. The dining experience offered fresh farm-to-table products. The facilities were satisfactory, with international TV channels available.

The hotel rooms were neat, clean, and equipped with decent facilities. They were slightly more expensive than booked but excellent at blocking out light, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful in recommending places to visit and addressing any inquiries promptly. They were diligent in garbage collection, towel changes, and daily bedsheet arrangements. The location, although not the best with potential noise disturbances nearby, offered easy access to public transportation, particularly the Metrobus, and was conveniently close to the airport. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the hotel facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I had quite an interesting stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and great for a short booking, but the noise from other rooms was a bit disturbing. On the bright side, the service was impeccable, especially the helpful English-speaking staff.
