The hotel was a comfortable and quiet retreat located in the beautiful Westend area. The rooms were clean, cozy, and equipped with a balcony and nice view to the back of the hotel, offering a relaxing stay. The service, although a bit snobby at times, was ultimately helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with a great balance of tranquility and proximity to key attractions. The room I stayed in was of good size, with a very nice shower, a desk, a safe, and a very good free wifi connection. It was clean and comfortable, facing the main Westend Strasse, which was very quiet at night and still had hardly any traffic during the day despite being 5 minutes from the main streets. However, it seemed a bit small to me.
