I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, but the bathroom was in rough shape. However, it was clean, a good value for the price, and convenient for my needs.

The only positive aspect of this motel is its location, but it's a bit shady and far from convenience stores and restaurants. The area around the breakfast space felt like it was stuck in the '70s.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The queen size bed in the room was wonderful and so comfortable, although the space felt a little small. Having a separate area with a couch was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, they even changed things around to accommodate my request for a ground floor room with parking at the door. The location was perfect for my trip between Zion and Las Vegas, being close to Zion National Park and the special needs community. The dining experience left something to be desired with a poor selection, but at least it included boiled eggs and fresh fruit. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money considering the amenities offered.

The rooms had some maintenance issues with large gaps around the doors but provided a place to rest after a 2.5-hour drive.
