I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but being right beside the train station meant dealing with the loud train noise every 10 minutes. Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being near the train station. However, the constant train noise every 10 minutes could be a bit bothersome. The service was excellent with very accommodating staff who helped us find great food options and were always polite and friendly. The location was convenient for my needs near ASU, but the breakfast service felt more average than expected. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offers good value for money overall.
