The hotel's junior suite room was exquisite with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, mezzanine featuring a stunning cantilevered glass desk, and a lovely mosaic tiled bathroom. The room's highlight was the gorgeous golden chandelier, but the lack of information about the spa was disappointing.

The rooms, though having two floors in a tight space with twin beds, were spacious but could be more practical. The service was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and arrangements. The dining experience, including breakfast available until 11 am and free WiFi, was varied but could improve in quality. The location is fantastic, close to city attractions, and facilities are well-kept.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite at no extra charge upon our arrival, and the room was made ready within just 10 minutes. However, the junior suite lacked sufficient storage space, and the view either faced a dreary internal parking area or a noisy street.
