My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms were big, renovated, and clean, although being right over the train tracks made them a bit noisy at times. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Convention Centre and a light train station, which was great for exploring the area. The service was nice and helpful, and the staff provided valuable local information. However, the WiFi was a bit of a pain to connect to. The dining options were good, with a Starbucks nearby, but the noise from the train tracks could be distracting. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the free parking in downtown was incredibly useful.

The service was exceptional, with helpful staff and comfortable rooms. However, the heavy air freshener smell in the non-smoking rooms and the noise from the elevator detracted from the experience.

I found the hotel to be in a central location with convenient access to public transit and nearby attractions. While the room had some noise disturbances and was a bit outdated, the presence of a fridge and microwave was great for storing and preparing food from nearby establishments.

The room I stayed in was turned into a corner room, which unfortunately meant it was exposed to a lot of elevator and guest noise. Additionally, the proximity to the construction site next to the MAX train caused significant disturbance throughout the night. On the upside, the room had new carpet and included a small fridge and a microwave.
