The hotel is conveniently attached to a huge shopping mall with exceptionally large rooms that feel like home, but there was a delay in room readiness upon check-in. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist, even with my energetic 2-year-old. The location, near the airport and with a big shopping mall downstairs, is superb, though not very close to the city center. The dining experience was good, especially with freshly made pizza. Overall, a great stay with minor room readiness issues.

Our stay was beyond expectations! The hotel linked to the Festival Mall was a great choice. The rooms were not only clean and spacious but also exceeded our expectations from the booking pictures. The staff, despite being available only at checkout time, were incredibly friendly and cooperative, especially with our energetic 2-year-old.
