I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, plus a good breakfast for the money. The air-conditioning provided added comfort. The service was mixed, with the staff being helpful and friendly but with some inconsistencies. The location was convenient for getting around, although slightly far from the port. The dining options were solid overall, offering a good mix of German and continental cuisine. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had a weird smell initially, but were still better than many 3-star accommodations. On the bright side, they had a balcony and provided lovely bathroom products. The service was exceptional, with staff that were extremely helpful and available 24 hours a day. The location was perfect, right in the city center near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. However, the dining options were too basic and lacked variety. Despite this, the hotel offered great value for money.
