I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the private hot spring in my room, which was definitely a highlight. However, the old windows let in quite a bit of road noise, and the taxi I booked through the hotel was not up to standard. The breakfast and afternoon tea were decent, but it's not a five-star culinary experience. While the staff were mostly professional and helpful, the room did not fully meet expectations based on what I saw in photos.
