The hotel is situated in a convenient central Tamel area, surrounded by a variety of shops and amenities. The rooms, while a bit dirty when we arrived, were in the same shabby condition as we left. The service was very welcoming and prompt, offering a range of additional services. The dining experience in the garden was consistently delightful with a focus on items like focaccia bread. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and friendly service, but the rooms could use improvement in cleanliness.

The hotel room was a bit disappointing with cleanliness issues such as hair and marks on the bedding. The room felt cramped with no natural light and small single beds. However, the staff was extremely helpful and dedicated to our comfort, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, close to many attractions in the city center. The dining experience was good, although nothing exceptional. Overall, the facilities were sufficient but could use some improvement.
