The service provided was outstanding, especially thanks to Joyce at the Reception who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was excellent, directly opposite Al Ghurair Mall and with easy access to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience could use some improvement with more variety, but overall, a pleasant stay.
