My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a let-down with a foul smell and some cleanliness issues, but the service was pleasant. The location was convenient, even though it seemed sketchy at times. The dining experience was hit or miss, and the facilities were just average.

I stayed on the 11th floor and had a good view, but sadly the room was filthy with urine in the toilet, used bar soap in the shower, and dirty walls. The staff set the clock wrong, making me late for an appointment. To make matters worse, my vehicle was broken into in the poorly monitored parking garage. I won't stay here again.

The hotel room smelled very bad, like someone was smoking there, but eventually, it was clean, quiet, and ready for us to settle in. The service was a mix of cheerful and disrespectful encounters, with some housekeeping issues regarding extra blankets. The location was convenient but had some cleanliness concerns, like having to clean the bathroom myself at one point. The dining experience was lacking, but the pool area was a plus.
