The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the action at the pleasure beach and the tower, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were beautifully light, sunny, and cozy, offering a lovely retreat. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make special moments like our mini anniversary truly memorable. On top of that, the dining experience was top-notch, providing delicious meals cooked to perfection. However, the facilities could benefit from a bit of enhancement, especially in terms of the room size. Despite that, this hotel is a gem worth considering for a fantastic stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated, right in the heart of the Pleasure Beach and all major attractions. The rooms, though small for two people, were charming and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, with staff going the extra mile for our comfort, although the private car park was a bit of a letdown. The dining experience was top-class, catering well for my little girl. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and superb service.
