I found the hotel location to be excellent, close to El Monumento a La Madre and within walking distance of Zocolo and museums. The rooms were simple, spacious, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The service was very accommodating and helpful, although some staff members were a bit rude at times. The dining experience was mainly about getting supplies or enjoying homemade cakes. The facilities were average but satisfactory for a 3-star hotel.
