The hotel was ideally located, close to the seafront and tram stop, making it convenient for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast had a good selection to kickstart our busy days. However, the dining experience could be more varied, and the additional charge for room service was a downside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was to the highest standard, clean, and tidy, just like the pictures portrayed and even better. Grant and Maria, who work there, were so friendly and helpful that I felt like I had known them for ages. The location was just perfect, not too far from the center and close to all the attractions. The dining experience was lovely, and the breakfast kept me full until tea-time. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would gladly recommend it.
