The hotel is situated in a very good part of London and offers great value for money with its spacious rooms equipped with kitchenettes and in-apartment laundry facilities. Service was a mix of rude encounters but also accommodating experiences. The location was convenient and well-signposted, although open to anyone, which could be a security concern. The dining was mainly disappointing with the same unimpressive options each day, apart from freshly baked bread.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the 24-hour customer service was incredibly helpful. The location was accessible and great for night exploration. However, there was a significant unexpected charge that the hotel investigated and did not budge on. Despite this, it was still worth the time and money.
