The hotel is conveniently located close to everything but not right in the middle of it all and so close to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable with very comfy beds, but the ensuite bathroom is very small. The service is amazing, and the dining experience offers shareable appetizers. The location is in walking distance from everything, absolutely 10 out of 10, and very close to the south pier.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is just perfect, right on the south shore and near a tram stop. It's not right in the middle of everything, which I appreciated, and being right by the waterpark was so convenient. The service was top-notch, and I felt like a VIP with the amazing service provided. My only small gripe was the dining options, but the Welsh pastries were a delightful treat. The facilities were excellent, and overall, it was a great value for the money.
