The hotel's rooms are done up in a slightly bland modern style that reminded me of a furniture store display, with clean lines but lacking soul. The first-floor rooms are designated for families, providing a familiar setup like having direct TV at home. The atmosphere was like haiku, with inessentials pared away.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, and a great location close to Santa Monica and the city center. However, the slightly limited dining options were a minor downside.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, complete with a super comfortable bed, large glass and tile rainfall shower, and modern amenities. Although the design was a bit bland, everything needed for a stay was provided.

The service was extremely polite and helpful, although there was a slight incident with a staff member not being fully informed about hotel rules. Housekeeping and happy hour services were satisfactory.
