The hotel offers amazing rooms with one of the best views I've seen, featuring a very comfortable bed and a great shower. However, cleanliness, particularly the floor, could be improved. The service was friendly and extremely helpful, offering various amenities like room service and car hire. The location is good, situated near the harbour and close to the old town. Dining was excellent, providing a fantastic selection of dishes each day, although it could get noisy. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor room cleanliness issues.

I had such a great time at the Melia Marbella Banus! The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the beach, the port, the city center, and all tourist areas. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the beds were super cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and having a private dining area with free drinks and snacks throughout the day was a nice touch. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices for everyone. However, the loud conversations early in the morning outside our room were a bit disturbing. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor room for improvement.

Our stay at the hotel was below expectations, but it actually 'saved' our holiday. With rooms costing over £200 per night, we experienced loud music at night and early morning, lots of shouting, and had to navigate around people sitting in the corridor.
