The hotel rooms were nice and spacious, with an extra seating area, perfect for families with little kids like ours. The staff was accommodating and understanding, even providing us with an upgrade and a late check-out due to our loyalty. The location, while not right in the city center, was convenient enough to reach key attractions quickly. The dining experience, although not vast for a 4-star hotel, offered delicious coffee and pastries. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel was a little far from the city center, but you could easily walk to Piazza Duomo in 20 mins or take a short taxi ride. Parking in front of the hotel was convenient, and the proximity to Giardino Bellini and other attractions was a plus.
