The hotel I stayed in was a bit on the small side for the deluxe executive suit but very clean overall. It was ideal for one person, though a bit cramped for two. The service was fantastic, especially when it came to accommodating noise issues from parties. The location was convenient, just 5 minutes from Heathrow, making it perfect for travelers. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good choice of freshly cooked food. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

I was initially concerned about noise, but the rooms turned out to be super comfy and clean, with everything we needed. The hotel was clean overall, but there was water coming up from under the bathroom floor tiles through black mouldy/rotten grouting.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were of a good size, with a nice balcony where you can see planes taking off, but it was very cold despite having the heating on full. The hotel definitely needs an interior upgrade. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff.
